The heart of the golf complex is of course be the club house which will include a 200 seater restaurant, with large terracing and views of the coast. The terracing will be cleverly positioned overlooking the first tee and the 9th and 18th greens for maximum entertainment.
Four different types of grass seed have been used, one for the tees, 2 for the fairways and one for the greens – the same used for championship courses in Spain and the Algarve.
Extensive work has been carried out on the planned 7,500 square metres of pathways linking the holes and 37 golf carts will be available for those who don’t want to walk.
