Keeps close communication with all Unity Ltd. clients throughout the construction phase of their property. Gives regular updates to clients about the progress of their house, along with digital pictures. Liaises with the Construction department on the progress of client's personal preferences. Directs clients to Maintenance department once the client has completed. |

Maintenance
Provides a hands-on service when clients move into their homes; Services include: air conditioning, central heating and kitchen appliances; interior and exterior decoration; garden and pool maintenance; extensive internal and external cleaning; laundry service; offers rental service for clients who wish to rent their property. |

Handles all bank transactions; informs Customer Care department when a stage payment from a client is received; records and prepares monthly financial reports to be given to the board of directors. |

Is the warehouse located in Nicosia. Manufactures all carpentry for the villas, which includes fitted bedroom furniture, kitchen units, all timber frames and doors. Caters for any client-specific specifications. Uses a variety of eight different styles of solid wood, all of which are an unbeatable quality. Although this division is a relatively new concept, it's production and manufacturing team have a longevity of fifteen years trade within the carpentry industry. |
